✓ ZERO PII COLLECTED Unlike most digital game platforms, V-TriviaNow requires no account creation, no password, no email address, no phone number, and no social logins from players.

• We do not track your physical location or GPS coordinates.
• We do not read your contacts, camera roll, or device storage.
• We do not use third-party advertising tracking pixels or cross-site tracking cookies.

2. Ephemeral Gameplay Information

When you scan the in-venue QR code to participate in a trivia game, our server temporarily processes:

• Team Name: The nickname or team name you enter to identify your group on the big screen.
• Gameplay Responses & Wagers: The multiple-choice answers, lock-ins, and point wagers you submit during active rounds.
• Technical Session State: Ephemeral WebSocket connection tokens stored strictly in server memory during the duration of your game room session. Once a game session completes, these in-memory sessions are evicted.

3. Third-Party Integrations & AI Service Grounding

Trivia questions are generated and curated using Google Gemini API technology. No player names, personal identifiers, or patron inputs are ever transmitted to AI language model providers.

📜 Terms of Service

By connecting to a V-TriviaNow game room, scanning an in-venue trivia QR code, or utilizing the V-TriviaNow host console, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Intended Use & Venue Entertainment

V-TriviaNow is designed solely as a fun, social in-venue entertainment experience for bars, restaurants, pubs, and community gathering spaces. All trivia questions, scoring algorithms, timers, and podium results are provided for recreational enjoyment.

2. Player Conduct & Team Name Moderation

Trivia night is a community experience. To keep the atmosphere fun and welcoming for all patrons and venue staff:

• Team names containing hate speech, profanity, racial slurs, harassment, or defamatory attacks are strictly prohibited.
• The trivia host, venue management, and V-ChargeNow LLC reserve the absolute right to disqualify, rename, or kick any team from the live roster and Big Screen display at their discretion.

3. Intellectual Property

The software platform, user interfaces, branding ("V-TriviaNow"), audio effects, and visual styling are the proprietary property of V-ChargeNow LLC. Trivia packs, questions, and public knowledge trivia prompts are curated for fair-use entertainment.

4. Limitation of Liability

V-TriviaNow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. V-ChargeNow LLC and partner venues are not liable for any network interruptions, Wi-Fi drops, hardware malfunctions, or disputes arising from trivia scoring or venue-sponsored prizes.

5. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
